Seaside is a beautiful resort town with a deep, sandy beach. The city’s main street ends at The Turnaround which is the end of the Oregon Trail by Lewis and Clark, with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean, and a wide 2 mile Promenade for easy strolling paralleling the ocean in each direction. There are several golf courses close by; wonderful hiking trails over Tillamook Head and other beautiful vistas; mo-peds, surreys, scooters, and bicycles to rent; and a new factory outlet mall and downtown businesses for shopping. Seaside, Oregon offers vast open beaches for sunbathing, surfing, kite flying, picnicking, beachcombing, fishing, crabbing and clamming. |

Reservation and
Cancellation Policies:
To reserve, click on “Contact Us.” Fill out the email form and send your
request. If the space is available, you will hear from the owner how
confirmation of your reservation will be handled.
Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellation between 60 and 30 days’
notice carries a fee of $50. Cancellation within 30 days forfeits rent
previously paid. However, we will make a real effort to rent the space again so
that your payment may be returned to you in full.
